Is Thatcherism still alive?

With PM David Cameron , ex-advisor to Maggie Thatcher , forcing through indeterminate changes to the NHS at breakneck speed and bring in his private sector cronies to make a mint from our much-loved NHS after devising a pseudo internal market. This is going to cost the country an absolute fortune whilst the fly-by-night private firms asking their worforces to work for the national minimum wage with a horrible Hire-&-Fire attitude. Thatcher's policies in the 1980's nearly brought the National Health Service to it's knees. The Coalition Government is an absolute total disgrace.
