Short Hikes - Mt Rainier & Olympia N.F.?

I will be visiting Seattle in August with my family. We are looking for short hikes (1-2 hrs.) at both Mt Rainier and Olympia National Forest. My wife is not ready for anything strenuous; please keep that in mind. I was hoping for hikes with great views and/or interesting sights. Thanks in advance.
