Can a woman be mad at a guy becuase she has very special feelings that she cant express to him?

i have this woman friend who has told me she doesn't want a relationship with me and want no boyfriend because she is too busy with college and other things in her life. i know she has very specail feeling for me as a friend becuase she told me so. We supposedly have gone our seperate ways I have not had any contact with er for about 2 weeks now until thsi afternoon. I was comming home to my place and i saw her driving by my place looking quite angry at me and she did not stop but drove on by very fast in her car. She was all alone. She lives about 15 miles west of my house. this is the first time she has been seen by me here. She is a senior in college which is about 5 miles south of her place where her and her parents live. She has no reason to even be driving by my house thats why i am wondering if she still has feelings for me she has a guy friend who she has said in the past she likes very much. so when does a woman get mad about having strong postive feelings for a guy she says is only her friend help me whats going on here does hse actually have good feelings for me and can't express them or what. i would really like to go out with her if its possible.
