I've Wrecked My 1999 Toyota Solara Is It Possible To Facelift ...?

I've Noticed The Model After Mines Has Newer Looking Products Such As The Grille, Bumper, Fog Lights And All That Good Stuff. Is It Possible To Just Put Those Parts On My Car? Will It Go Well Without Cutting Or Anything? HELP!
