How to decide between two job offers?

First, companies are not like friends. You do not have an obligation to dance with the first one who asked. Do you want to get out of your current field? Is your current field viable for many years? Is Company B offering you opportunities for advancement or will Company B go the direction of your current company? Most importantly, what do you really like to do, what brings you feelings of fulfillment and in your current industry?
