What did you think of the movie Red? ?

I want to rent the movie red on my iPod. I don't know what my parents would think of the movie, I looked up the reveiws, and it said "brief strong language" how bad is the language? And is it just language and violence that its rated pg-13 for? Oh, and btw, I'm almost 12, but I was aloud to watch the show lost (tv-14), grownups (pg-13) and I saw dinner for schmucks with my friend and they were fine with it (pg-13)
