Is my rat cold?????//???????????????????…

i took my ratty outside for a two minute walk there/back to the vet, and it was -5 outside. i had her in my coat most of the time, but she liked to climb out. towards the end, her fur was standing up, so i knew she was a bit cold, so i put her back in my coat. is it okay to let her outside like that in that temperature??
