Whats the quickest and best way to remove epoxy paint from concrete floors?

I bought some of that cheap crap from home depot and it looked great for about a month. We have scrap a huge portion, but we have alot to go. I tried a grinder wheel with a painter peeler but it likes to peel the concrete too. I tried paint stripper but it only takes off the top layer and leaves some behind. Please help! Thanks
