As for the driving by cause they own the property next door its hard to stop them,. You need to stop letting them get things if its their and was not a gift you might have to give it back. But if its not theirs like the ac and it was a gift they cant fight for it back. You need to do your self a favor and doent EVERYTHING. If someone comes to you and says something write the date and time and every detail in a spiral. they drive by write the date and time start collecting your evidence. If things are not theres liek the ac have your mom start looking now for the reciept for it. LOL build your case your gonna need to fight and that way when the time comes to call the cops say they drive by and throw something on you lawn to harrase you have that and all the other past issues written down forthem to see your being bugged. GL see if maybe a family member or friends will stay with you for extra protection. Keep your house locked tight when ya leave
