Is it illegal to secretly video tape people while they are going to the bathroom in your house?

If you invite a group of people over, and you put diuretics (non harmful or allergenic) in their food so that they have to go to the bathroom. There is a hidden camera in your bathroom. You do not shre this video, you watch it at home in the privacy at your own home. Is this illegal? I live in Alabama, buy the way.
