Need help with my base curve!?

That looks like an eyegles prescription; it doesn't include a base curve value because you don't need that for gles. If you had a prescription for contacts in the past and it is still good (I think they are good for 1 year) you could call or visit the place where you had the exam for your contacts and they could probably provide you with a copy. If it isn't valid anymore you need to get a new test & prescription. As the others said, when you order contacts on line in the US (and probably many other countries as well) they will check to verify that your prescripton is valid before they send them to you. It is possible that there are some sketchy, fly by night web sites out there that will sell contacts to anybody without verifying your prescription, but the probability of getting ones that fit properly by guessing your base curve is slight.
