Reshaping female body (best answer)?

I am trying to lose some weight and would like to know of what cardio and exercises will help me get an hourgl shape. I already have one, but I am overweight. I know that pilates and core-oriented exercise will widen the waist and make it appear square. I want the clic hourgl, like Salma Hayek, and Marilyn Monroe. Thanks!
