Vectorvest: about the usefulness of vectorvest. Does anyone hv recent experience ?

The Best Answer to the Q about the usefulness of vectorvest is now 3 years old. I am trying their app version 7 (USA) . A Canadian resident gets the Cdn markets included at the same cost. VV seems useful in that it might save time. Yes, the info on VV screens is available at various sites, does VV not help pull data together and do various What If's ? I was thinking of subscribing ( US$ 645 for the non-Pro version). But then I saw all these comments that it might be a scam. If anyone has info or more recent experience , i'd appreciate comment very much. I think many others would also, based on the # of posts on this Subj.
