What is the White House hiding ? RE: Harriet Myers ?

My mistake, but isn't the Dept of Justice part of the Executive branch and doesn't the President head up the Executive branch? Doesn't that mean the President controls the DOJ? Let's see, Myers was a judicial advisor in the White House to the President-------shouldn't she be in contact with Gonzales? And since Myers worked for the President, doesn't she have executive priviledge?
