Can David Tua become world champion?

He showed at the weekend with his second round stoppage of Shane Cameron that he can still bang. In my opinion his left hook is the most powerfull punch in boxing. I feel due to his strength and the quality of opponents he has faced he should immediately go in to the top 10 or 20 heavyweights. He showed against Lewis that he struggles with tall guys but then Lennox Lewis was a great heavyweight. If Haye is to beat Valuev then that would be an option. I also think it would be exciting to see him against a Klitshcko as he has no fear and throws punches that,if landed should really be able to knock out anyone out there. With the exception of the Klitshcko's and a couple of other taller Eastern European boxers is there anyone else he couldnt beat?Anyone agree?
