Help with Downhill MTB's please?

I agree with the other comments... get a hardtail! Don't go for a full suspension as your looking at a grand upwards. Depending on your budget it depends which one... I bought a "Revolution Cullin Pro '09" from Edinburgh Cycles (They have stores all over the UK, there not just based in Edinburgh) for �400 and its great, It's designed for XC but i take it dirt jumping as-well and no problems so far. However, i don't do serious dirt jumping, I've only done drop offs about 2 foot high, but has a nice soft landing and coped well. Just look around and read the reviews and see what you can find.
