What are the true benefits of being caffeine free? Or atleast reducing it?

Caffeine is a stimulant that can cause your blood vessels to constrict, therefore leading to poor blood circulation. It can also dehydrate you, so if you are really thirsty, you should not drink caffeine. It can raise your blood pressure and your pulse, this is why people taking medication for high blood pressure should stay away from caffeine. It can help you stay awake, but this effect quickly goes away, then makes you feel even more tired later. Tea is much better for you than coffee, and I think it's ok to have 2 cups of tea a day. I personally drink alot of herbal & green tea, and I stay away from coffee.
