Why can't I get a girlfriend, or even become good friends with a girl?

it's like looking in a mirror lol except the girl likes me and don't think i feel the same way as she does although she is cute and all i just don't know what to do cause we work together.but you seem like a nice guy and nice job on the 3 hot chics you've obviously got some if you can do that lol.just show her that you enough confidants in yourself to be her even if there was three of her and try and find ways to surprise her with charm and that big brain of yours.but above all BE YOURSELF!there's no greater feeling than to get the girl as yourself it's a huge confident booster.don't let your hobbies get in the way theres no wrong interests to keep anyone from ever having a girlfriend forever it's what your not interested in that stands out more at least i think so like not smoking and drinking a big plus if your looking for a nice christian girl.but i think we're a lot alike i to want be a game programmer and am very shy but i'm friends with girls at work so i guess we're both just late bloomers your be fine.peace :)
